Our friendly support team is highly trained and ready to help you with issues that may arise. They answer questions and troubleshoot issues not only for our clients but their CII customers as well. This helps to alleviate in-house Express222™ experience. We provide this support through email, live chat and telephonically coupled with our escalation process to quickly and efficiently move support issues to resolution. We’re extremely proud of the fact that our support team closes 99% of all tickets within the same business day and more often within the same hour they are contacted.


All new clients receive training and training material from our support staff. Training can be in the form of train the trainer sessions, one on one user training and webinar education development training. In addition, all training documentation is provided in both PDF and Word document formats that can be used to better our clients’ operating procedures as well as training new employees.

Custom development:

From time to time some clients identify a unique requirement for their business model. When this, occurs Legisym is positioned to develop custom functionality to meet these business requirement requests through our solutions. These types of unique requests involve requirements gathering, business case analysis, code development and testing prior to deployment.
